The structure exists to remove a single conflict: the person under performance pressure never sets, moves or waives the limits.
How oversight is organised

| Separation of roles | The principal runs oversight; the trader runs the mandate. Limits are set outside the seat that feels the pressure of results. |
| Risk control | Mechanical limits per mandate, aggregation at firm level, and a tested emergency procedure above both. Incidents and near-incidents are registered and reviewed. |
| Documented decisions | Fundamental decisions are logged with date, alternatives considered and reasoning. Assessment files form an integral part of our due-diligence documentation. |
| Continuity | Outage scenarios are written out and rehearsed annually, including a standing deputy arrangement covering the principal himself. |
